It is a privately-owned enterprise specializing in hardware mold manufacturing, hardware stamping, stretching processing, surface treatment, sheet metal product processing, product assembly and export, and one-stop production of new energy power battery structural components. It covers an area of approximately 15000 square meters and is located at No. 9 Tianyang 6th Road, Dongfang Community, Songgang Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, We have a production base in Huizhou.
The company has excellent equipment, strong technical force, and five senior technical personnel. There are nearly 20 intermediate technical personnel with a bachelor's degree or above, including experts with nearly 30 years of experience in the industry. The company's mold department specializes in the research and development, design, and manufacturing of hardware molds, with unique design and manufacturing capabilities for large molds, irregular stretching molds, shell molds, and automatic continuous molds. The company's production department has nearly 40 63T to 200T punches, 9 stretching machines, two imported Japanese AMADA CNC punches and two bending machines, one sandblasting machine, and one stamping robot production line. At the same time, it is equipped with 6 robots and 8 six axis robots. The company has a series of production, processing, and testing equipment, including wire cutting machines, lathes, projectors, desktop, and vertical drilling machines.
At present, we mainly produce hardware products such as air purifiers, professional camera protective covers, and sheet metal parts for portable mobile charging stations and fixed automotive charging stations. The company's spraying department has a professional automatic spraying, powder spraying, and baking production line, which can provide high-quality surface treatment services.
